everything with the nurse was amazing. thank you. The only issue was the receptionist at the front did want me to use the walk in service claiming it was closed, even thou website says finisih until 11:30

make sure is adversite in the website the walk in serive is not until 11:30 cuz you aint taking people right after 10:30 which is a shame.

I had an appointment with a lovely nurse and consultant. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. They really made me feel relaxed

I came to have the coil removed after experiencing low mood and pain and I felt he didn't really listen to me, kept trying to convince me to have the copper coil (I don't want this because of my heavy periods which I explained). I just didn't feel very listened to and felt like he was just trying to get me to have another form of hormonal contraception; I have tried the pill, injection and coil and all have made me feel awful. When inserting the speculum it felt dry and I'm not sure if he put any or just not much lube on it but it felt really dry and uncomfortable. There was a couple problems with getting it out at first as he couldn't find the strings but eventually it came out. Overall, I think his bedside manner could have been better and made me feel listened to.
